Overview

Farringdon Community Academy are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing apprentice to work in our busy main school office. You will be the initial point of contact for parents, visitors and students and other stakeholders visiting the Academy.

Desired skills

• Good IT skills including use of Word, Excel, Outlook and databases
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to issues that arise
- Good written, oral and digital communication skills
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise to meet deadlines
- Ability to use own initiative and take action accordingly
- The aptitude to adapt to changing circumstances and work well under pressure
- Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues

GSCE Maths & English at 9-4 or A*- C or equivalent
