We offer excellent progression opportunities for candidates who are dedicated and motivated in supporting the values and ethos of the setting. Our previous apprentices who have successfully completed their qualifications and training have remained with us and now hold positions within the setting including: Deputy Manager and Room Leader. We strongly believe that apprenticeships offer both employees and apprentices an excellent way to tailor the right people for the roles in the setting and hope to ensure we can do this once again with our next suitable candidate.

Things to consider

As part of the Early years Curriculum children must have access to the outdoors daily and this means that you can be outside in weathers that you may not personally choose for yourself, so you must be prepared for going outside whatever the weather on a daily basis.

Children may need physical assistance – you must be able to bend, lift, push prams, lift children into highchairs etc without any risk to your personal health as this is a very physical role.
The successful candidate will be subject to a suitable enhanced DBS disclosure and a 6-month probationary period.
References will also be sought to check suitability.

Shift patterns vary and you will be required to work between the operating hours of 7am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
