Minimum of Level 2 English and Maths qualifications
A Level Qualification preferable. A science qualification is also required.
Progression and succession of paths to higher management or Technical Global expertise.
Supporting 53 Sec Takt time requiring rapid response and structured mindset. Working in clean and light environment with high health and safety ethos.
Occasional external working if required
Attend site mentoring when not in college. Shift work when required. Adherence to MAFACT.
