Apprentices will be working in a fast paced, diverse working environment. By the end of the apprenticeship, you will be fully trained on how to powder coat, wet spray and will gain valuable experience working in a factory/ manufacturing environment.

Things to consider

There will be times when production will be busy with heavy, vast contract work. During these spells powder coating and wet spray opportunities may be more restricted then usual.

Work will predominantly be factory based however there may be some degree of outside work involved.

This job roll is very physical and a lot of walking, lifting, and carrying is involved. It is advised that you have a moderate level of fitness before applying for this apprenticeship but not essential.

Shifts start at 07:30 which is considerably earlier than what you may be used to. Preparing yourself for with earlier starts than you are used to is advised.

Please note that some degree of travel is involved as our wet spray painting and powder coating are done in 2 different plants
