This course is for those who are interested in a career in the exciting and rewarding barbering industry.
You will follow a range of learning methods including theory and practical assessments in the barber salon. You will also take part in industry placements, competitions, visits and professional demonstrations.
If you are over 18 you do not need GCSE grades to apply. However if you are under 18 and have not already achieved grade 9-4 in GCSE Math's and English you will be given the opportunity to re-sit whilst studying your course.

You will be assessed by completing theory tests and demonstrate your competency by doing practical assessments on our barber salon.

The course runs Monday - Wednesday and a late night until 7pm on a Tuesday.
Timetables are confirmed at the start of term.
You will study a range of modules including: Cutting men's hair, cut facial hair to shape, dry and finish men's hair, create basic outlines & designs, shampooing and conditioning and colour and lighten men's hair.
