There are no entry requirements for this course, however, if you have very basic skills, you may benefit from completing the level 1 unit first course.

This course can be fully online via email, class based or one-to-one.
You will be required to complete a minimum of 16 hours of study for this course.
This course will develop your skills and knowledge in using word processing software.
Use a word-processor to enter, edit and combine text and other information accurately. Structure information within word-processing documents. Use word-processing software tools to format and present documents. You'll learn how to set a page layout, format text, add a header and footer, tables and images to your documents.
You will Use IT systems and software you have covered efficiently to complete a planned task. You will use appropriate IT systems and software to meet requirements. Review the selection and use of IT tools to make sure that work activities are successful.
