Your progress will be assessed by a range of methods including practical assessments, observations, written assignments and identification tests. Assessments are spread out and varied to allow your skills to develop. You will also sit an online multiple choice exam on the art and design unit

If you are interested in learning all aspects of the floristry industry, including practical floral designs including bouquets, weddings, funerals and arrangements, as well as art and design and identifying and treatment of flowers and function decorating, then this course is for you
This course includes both practical floristry and industry training. There are 10 units including Art and design, care and monitoring of fresh materials, planted designs, hand tied bouquets, funeral and wedding designs, floral arrangements, display, function decorating and working in the industry.
Upon completing this programme, students can advance their studies withour Level 3 courses, enhancing their expertise in floristry and horticulture. Alternatively, you may enter the floristry industry, where opportunities abound in retail floristry shops, floral design studios, or event organising. Each path offers a chance to craft a career filled with creativity and growth, turning floral passions into professional pursuits.
