Our Level 3 Sport and Exercise Science course lets you dive into the science behind sport and physical performance. You’ll explore how athletes train, how the body adapts to exercise, how injuries happen and how they’re treated, and how psychology and nutrition influence performance. But this course isn’t just about theory. You’ll take part in practical sessions using professional equipment and facilities, developing real skills used across the sport and fitness industry from fitness testing and performance analysis to sports massage and injury assessment. You will need 5 GCSE's at grade 4-9 including Maths and English.

You will be expected to attend College on a full time basis, generally over four days.
On this course you will:
