Enrolment information for new 16-18 year old students

Getting ready to join us this September? Find out all you need to know about enrolling as a new 16-18 year old student.

Already applied and received your offer?

If you've applied for your course and received an offer, you will have received an email and/or text message using the contact details provided on your application giving you everything you need to know about booking your enrolment event. If you have not received an email from us, please contact us here.

Not yet applied for a course?

If you haven’t applied yet, we recommend submitting your application as soon as possible. Many courses fill quickly, so applying early and aiming to enrol at the earliest opportunity will give you the best chance of securing your preferred option. Waiting until closer to the start of the academic year may mean your chosen course is already full.

What to bring to your enrolment event:

  • The original copy of your statement of results from school that includes your Unique Learner Number (ULN)
  • A form of ID (driving license/passport/National Insurance number letter/birth certificate/bank card)
  • Two parent/guardian or emergency contact details (email address and mobile number) if not already provided

Apply for financial support

It’s not too early to apply for any financial support (including support for kit and travel costs) that you may need. You can submit your application here to be reviewed by our team. The earlier you submit your application, the better! We receive a high volume of financial support applications each year so waiting until the start of term to apply for financial support may cause delays to your application being processed may delay the allocation of any support that you are eligible for.
