I have had family who have studied here previously and have recommended it and also when I visited, I liked the look of the grounds and gardens that I would be spending a lot of my time in as part of my course.
I’d say the best thing about studying at Northumberland College would have to be working with the gardening team daily and getting to work outside with plants and machinery. I’m creative and enjoy technical drawing and construction.
My lecturers and course tutors have helped me to understand new topics at the right pace and showed care and understanding for me as a student.
Yes, I’ve already recommended to another family member as I’ve enjoyed my time here, and I will probably come back to visit the gardeners and staff. It’s brought me to the career a first aspired to, so I would definitely recommend.
