Wansbeck Campus is our newest Northumberland College campus built on a 5.7-acre site at Wansbeck Business Park - the campus offers study routes for 16-19-year-olds and adults across our three educational centres.
The new campus offers a balance of both technical and academic study options with the Centre of Technical Excellence building providing pathways for construction and engineering, while the Academic and Technical building houses our English, Maths, Education, Sport, Computing, SEND and science facilities alongside a full commercial restaurant.
There are a range of facilities for students to use at the Student Life Centre including Future Ready Hub with a range of support services, large theatre, along with a café and dining facilities.
Wansbeck Campus is accessible from a number of bus routes and the new Ashington railway station with secure on-site cycle storage is available for up to 100 bicycles for those travelling by bike. The campus is also supported by a range of nearby free public parking options and safe and clearly managed drop-off and pick-up arrangements.
