You will nee either 2 GCSE's at grade 9-3, or a relevant Level 1 qualification to enrol on this course.

Assessment is designed to fit the purpose and objective of the qualification and all units are internally assessed – giving learners the opportunity to demonstrate skills developed in applied scenarios. There is a range of assessment styles suited to skills- and sector-based qualifications at this level. All units are graded to encourage skills development and performance.

Achieving a Grade 4 or above in GCSE Maths and English is important, but if you're not there yet, don’t worry! We provide supportive classes to help you meet these essential criteria. The aim for this course is to build upon the foundation knowledge of IT so that students are able to design and develop various products within the IT world. By completing this course you will be able to gain access to studying level 3 IT.
