Our vocational courses in Animal Management will help give you hands-on learning at our Kirkley Hall Campus with over 200 species of animals, and will give you the skills and knowledge needed for a career in Animal Management.

You will need to have empathy and excellent communication skills. You will also need to have good time management and observation skills, be highly adaptable and be able to work well in a team.

Our facilities

You'll study this subject full-time at Kirkley Hall Campus and you will have access to Zoological gardens with over 200 species of animals, our on-site working farm, dog grooming parlour, dog kennels, laboratories for animal dissection and access to online resources including ZIMS and Vet Logic systems.
