Welcome to Northumberland College Zoo
Our zoo is open every weekend and during the Northumberland County Council school holidays, between 10am - 4pm. Last entry to the zoo is at 3pm.
The best way to contact the zoo is via email. Please contact the zoo on zoo@northumberland.ac.uk and the team will get back to you as soon as they can. Please note, our phone line is via a central number, which is staffed during normal business hours only.
Please note: We're currently experiencing issues with our online payment system, which we are working to resolve. If you're unable to complete your payment online, day tickets can be purchased on the day at the zoo. For all other ticket types or purchases, please contact us via email on zoo@northumberland.ac.uk.
